there are people that want your money without asking for it and
this has caused an unprecedented
increase in fraudulent activity against VISA and Master Card Debit

you go to confirm that when you use your card it will not be blocked
to prevent fraud from hitting. Remember to let us know all the states
you may be travelling through so we can remove any temporary blocks
against your card. The last thing we want is for you to have problems
getting your money when you need it.
